Prefects

Our Prefects play an important role in supporting the smooth running of the school and helping to create a positive environment for all pupils. They act as role models by demonstrating kindness, responsibility and respect, encouraging others to follow the school rules and values.

Prefects support teachers and pupils in a variety of ways, including helping during assemblies, assisting in classrooms and ensuring that shared areas around the school remain safe, organised and tidy.

They also provide support to younger pupils, helping them to feel confident, included and settled within the school community. Through their role, Prefects develop leadership, responsibility and teamwork skills while helping to make Nansen Primary School a welcoming and supportive place for everyone.
